Dubai CSD provides the service of sending SMS/email to shareholders or investors registered with Dubai CSD in general, for a variety of communication needs, including but not limited to:
- Communicating the General Assembly’s date and time
- Notifying shareholders of dividend distribution
- Communicating the date of a certain IPO
Fees
AED 0.78 per SMS at a minimum of AED 5,000
Procedures
- An official request must be sent to Dubai CSD that should contain the following:
- The text in Arabic & English
- Targeted investors
- Time frame of sending the messages (From.. To..)
If all requirements are in order, the SMS will be sent within 5 working days from the date the request was received.
