Investors can view their statements through DFM app or eServices.
Investor Statements and reports show the balance of securities depending on the period requested by the investor. The information appearing on the statement depends on the selected statement type.The available types for the investors are as follows:
Fees
- Online via DFM eServices: free of charge.
- Statement/Report charge via Trending member.
- Printed statement /Email: AED 10 (5 AED for every printed page exceeding 10 pages) + (5%) VAT.
Procedures
Investor KYC and FATCA/CRS information must be updated to apply and view the service.
- DFM eServices
- Register to DFM app or DFM eServices
- Login with your username and password
- Select the eReports tab
- Choose the statement type
- Choose the dates
- Click ‘View Report’
- Through Licensed Trading Member at Dubai Financial Market
Required Documents
Completed Investor Statements and Reports Request and signed by the investor.

For Individuals
- UAE Nation and Residents: Valid copy of Emirates National ID.
- Non-Residents: Valid copy of the passport.

In case of a Minor (below 18 years)
- The signature of the Guardian (The Father).
- In case of a guardian other than the father: true copy of duly authenticated guardianship order issued by the court or Notary public.
- Valid copy of the guardian’s Emirates National ID (for UAE Nationals and Residents) or Valid Copy of the Passport (NON-Resident).

For Companies Institutions/Governments/Banks /Funds/ Trading Members registered at DFM
- Valid copy of the Trade License and Commercial Register.
- True copy of the Memorandum of Association.
- True copy of a duly authenticated Authorized signatory letter issued by the company. The letter is not required in case the authorized signatory is mentioned in the Memorandum of Association.

For authorized signatories of the companies
- UAE Nationals and Residents: A valid copy of the UAE National ID.
- Non-residents: or a valid copy of passport.
- Documents issued outside the country must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE embassy in those countries or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In case of a Representative (for all investor types)
- Valid copy of a duly authenticated Power of Attorney issued from the court or Notary Public.

For partners
- UAE Nationals and Residents: A valid copy of the UAE National ID.
- Non-residents: or a valid copy of passport.
- A Power of Attorney issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE Embassy in those countries or by UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
