Deposit Bahraini Companies shares Certificates

Investors can submit their Bahraini Companies shares certificates to deposit their shares in their accounts with Dubai CSD after paying fees of the registrar along with the deposit fees amount.

AED 110 Registrar fees (per transaction)

• The investor should obtain a DFM Investor Number (NIN) If an Investor Number was not obtained already
• Original Shares Certificate should be submitted
• Submitting a securities deposit request
• Related fees should be paid
• A Receipt for receiving the Shares Certificate(s) will be issued and submitted to the investor
• Payment voucher will be issued to the investor

• Original Shares Certificate(s)
• Withdrawal and Deposit Form filled
• Valid copy of the Emirates ID Card (for UAE Nationals and Residents)
• Valid copy of the Passport (Non-residents)
