Cash Dividends Statement

Details

Investors can submit a request  through the DFM App or DFM eServices. 

The statement shows investor cash Dividends indicates the below:

  • Company Name
  • Entitled Shares
  • Entitlement Date
  • Dividends Amount
  • Dividends percentage
Fees
  • Free of Charge:
    If Cash Dividends Statement viewed through DFM Application / DFM eServices
  • AED 50:
  • Submitting the request in person to the Investors Affairs
  • AED 10:
    (5 AED for every printed page exceeding 10 pages)
    Fees of issue Cash Dividends Statement
  • AED 10:
    Fees of send Cash Dividends Statement through Email
  • AED 100:
    Fees if Cash Dividends Statement in CD
Procedures
  • To view Cash Dividends Statement via DFM eServices:

1. DFM Application:

  • Login with your username and password
  • Select Quick Link
  • Select Statement
  • Select Cash Dividends Statement
  • Select the Dates.

2. DFM eServices:
Register to DFM eServices at DFM Website www.dfm.ae

  • Login with your username and password.
  • Select eREPORTS tab
  • Select the Statement tab
  • Select the Dates
  • Click ‘View Report’

3. Licensed Trading Member at Dubai Financial Market

  • Submit required documents through the Trading Member

4. Submit the application to the Investors Affairs in Dubai CSD:
In person or in case of Guardian or Representative:

In case of non-present of the Investor and sending the request with a Representative or Family Member:

  • Submit Investor Statements and Reports Request Form and have it duly signed and authenticated by one of the following:
  • Dubai CSD staff at Dividends Affairs
  • Licensed Trading Member at Dubai Financial Market
  • An accredited Bank in UAE licensed by UAE Central Bank
  • Notary Public and UAE embassy in foreign countries or by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Submit the form along with the required documents to the Dividends Affairs.
  • Cash Dividends Statement will be submitted to the applicant same day.

Notes:
The signature on the form should match the authenticated signature in Dubai CSD.

Required Documents
  • Completed Investor Statements and Reports Request Form and signed by the investor
  • For Individuals:
    • UAE Nationals and Residents Valid Copy of the Emirates ID
    • Non Residents Valid Copy of the passport
  • In addition to specific documentations depending on:

    Minor (below 18 years):
    • The signature of the Guardian (the Father)
    • UAE Nationals and Residents Valid copy of the Emirates ID for the Minor and Guardian
    • Residents Valid copy of the passport for the Minor and Guardian
    • In case of a guardian other than the father: true copy of duly authenticated guardianship order issued by the court or Notary public
    • Guardianship orders issued outside UAE must be certified by the UAE embassy in those countries or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    Marsoom Holder:
    • Valid copy of the passport 
    In case of a Representative (for all investor types):
    • Valid copy of a duly authenticated Power of Attorney issued from the court or Notary Public
    • UAE Nationals and Residents Valid copy of the Emirates ID for the Investor and Representative
    • Non Residents Valid copy of the passport for the Investor and Representative
    • A Power of Attorney issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE embassy in those countries or by UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs


    For Companies Institutions / Governments / Banks / Funds / Trading Members registered at DFM:
    • Valid copy of the Trade License and Commercial Register
    • Valid copy of the Passport or Emirates ID of all partners
    • Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE embassy in those countries or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
