iVestor Card Issuance Service & Replacement (Individuals and Sole Proprietorships)

Details

Investor can submit a request of iVestor Card or Replacement via DFM eServices at www.dfm.ae or through the DFM App.

The iVESTOR card Benefits:
  • Instant credit of any future cash dividends distribution for all companies listed on DFM
  • Cash TOP-UPS (deposits) into your iVestor card from any Emirates NBD cash deposit machines or branches or transfer from Emirates NBD account to iVestor Card through Online Banking Services
  • Fast and easy cash withdrawals of DFM dividends from millions of VISA or PLUS marked ATM machines
  • IPO subscription through DFM eServices Platform. The subscription amount will be debited from iVestor card and excess amounts will be refunded to the card’s account after allocation
  • Self-registration through iVestor card for AGMs run by DFM on behalf of its listed companies
  • Purchases of goods/services or reservations using your iVestor card
  • Retail Stores all around the world
  • Online Purchases (such as Airline Ticket Bookings, Cinema Tickets Purchases, etc.)
  • Bill payments (such as Phone bills, Phone credit, etc.)

In response to the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) Resolution No. (28/R) of 2010 No. 2 of 2015, iVestor is an innovative solution for investors to instantly receive any due dividends from DFM listed companies directly into their iVestor card.

Fees
  • Free of Charge:
  • For submitting the request through DFM Application / DFM eServices / Trading Member.

  • AED 50
  • For submitting the request in person to the Investors Affairs

Procedures

You can apply for iVestor Card or Replacement through one of the following options:

  1. DFM Application
    • Login with your username and password
    • Select more
    • Select eServices
    • Select the form and fill the details
    • Attach the required documents and click on ‘Submit’
    • You will be notified by email once the status of the request is updated
  2. DFM eServices
    • Register to DFM eServices at DFM Website www.dfm.ae 
    • Login with your username and password
    • Select the eFORMS tab
    • Select the form and fill the details
    • Attach the required documents and click on ‘Submit’
    • You will be notified by email once the status of the request is updated
  3. Licensed Trading Member at Dubai Financial Market
    • Submit required documents through the Trading Member
In person or in case of Guardian or Representative:
  • Submit required documents to Dividends Affairs
  • Investor / Guardian or Representative will sign digitally on the Investor Information Update Form
  • The Card will be delivered by courier and the investor will be notified by SMS prior to delivery For the address

In case of non-present of the Investor and sending the request with a Representative or Family Member:

  • Submit Cash Dividends Services Form and have it duly signed and authenticated by one of the following:
  • Licensed Trading Member at Dubai Financial Market
  • An accredited Bank in UAE licensed by UAE Central Bank
  • Notary Public and UAE embassy in foreign countries or by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Submit the form along with the required documents to the Dividends Affairs
  • The Card will be delivered by courier and the investor will be notified by SMS prior to delivery

Notes:
The signature on the form should match the authenticated signature in Dubai CSD

Required Documents

For Individuals:

  • UAE National and Residents: Valid Copy of EmiratesID
  • Non Residents: Valid copy of the passport
  • Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE Embassy in those countries or by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs

In addition to specific documentations depending on:

In case of a Minor (below 18 years):

  • The Guardian (the Father) submit the request
  • Valid copy of the guardian’s and minor Emirates ID
  • Non Residents: valid copy of the guardian and minor passport
  • In case of a guardian other than the father: true copy of duly authenticated guardianship order issued by the court or Notary public

Marsoom Holder:

  • Valid copy of the passport.

In case of a Representative (for all investor types):

  • Valid copy of a duly authenticated Power of Attorney issued from the court or Notary Public
  • UAE Nationals and Residents: Valid copy of Emirates ID for the Investor and Representative
  • A Power of Attorney issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE Embassy in those countries or by UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs

For Sole Proprietorships:

  • Valid copy of the Trade License and Commercial Register
  • Valid copy of the Passport or Emirates ID of the owner
  • Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE embassy in those countries or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
