Dubai CSD provides the service of sending SMS/email to shareholders or investors registered with Dubai CSD in general, for a variety of communication needs, including but not limited to:

•  Communicating the General Assembly’s date and time
•  Notifying shareholders of dividend distribution
•  Communicating the date of a certain IPO

• An official request must be sent to Dubai CSD that should contain the following:

• The text in Arabic & English
• Targeted investors
• Time frame of sending the messages (From.. To..)

 If all requirements are in order, the SMS will be sent within 5 working days from the date the request was received.
