This service enables the transfer of shares from an investor’s account with Dubai CSD to their account with the Trading Member. The Trading Member alone is responsible for receiving transactions from their clients, ensuring they confirm to the actual securities and entering them accurately into the system.
Dubai CSD is only responsible for scrutinizing the application. If there are inaccuracies or omitted data, the Trading Member is held responsible.

- Register to DFM app or eServices
- Login with your username and password
- Select the eFORMS tab
- Select the form and complete it
- Attach the required documents and click on ‘Submit’
- Enter the Payment Details and click on ‘Confirm’
- You will be notified by email once the status of the request is updated
- Investor KYC and FATCA/CRS information must be updated to apply and view the service.
- The investor must have a trading member's account before request to transfer the shares to the trading member.
- Ensure that the payment method is updated

- Completed Transfer Securities between Dubai CSD and Trading Member Request Form and signed by the investor

- UAE Nationals and Residents: Valid copy of the Emirates National ID
- Non-Residents: Valid copy of the passport
- Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE Embassy in those countries or by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
